we’ve decided to sunset Coil’s products and development efforts. On February 2, 2023, we will no longer accept sign-ups for the Coil Membership. On March 15, 2023, we will discontinue our service

So long Coil, thanks for the Web Monetization experiment… 😞

And bye bye Uphold account, I don't plan to invest in crappy crypto, so you're useless now.

   @strongholdpay will be discontinuing Web Monetization support effective August 20, 2020

   I don't even earn enough from #WebMonetization to pay my @Coil subscription, but I like this effort to enhance the Web, so I'll continue… with @UpholdInc
