[…] I’m a fan of physical media. You buy the work once, you get a nice little souvenir to enjoy, lend to a friend or sell to someone else. As long as you possess the artifact, you’re free to access its contents whenever you’d like… be it paper, tape, cartridge, disc or diskette.
That’s the idea, anyway. The reality can be surprisingly complicated.
